2020
Mason is a multi-disciplinary artist from Coffs Harbour.
​
He is composing an original score for SXAE's upcoming work Bat Lake through Dirty Feet's Out of the Studio program and Ausdance NSW's DAIR residency program. He is a key collaborator on the project and part of its' choreographic development.
2019
Mason composed the original score for SXAE's full-length work Old Life/ Dead Life which premiered at the Old 505 Theatre in the FreshWorks Program. He also performed in the work and assisted in its staging and lighting design.

The work was revived at the Io Myers Theatre in collaboration with The Australian Centre of Astrobiology and UNSW Creative Practice Labs in a unique event hosted by Professor Martin Van Kranendonk and PhD candidate Luke Steller.

Mason composed an original score and performed in SXAE's improvised performance for UNSW's Arts Week Launch Party (hosted by ARC).
2018
Mason is a founding member of Sydney Experimental Arts Ensemble, both performing in and creating original scores for their works.
​
He performed in DETKA, choreographed by Eliza Cooper for the Contemporary Choreographer Competition at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (hosted by Loredo Malcolm and Vi Lam).
​
He performed in Nelson Earl's The Miraculous Mandarin with emerging orchestra Ensemble Apex conducted by Sam Weller at Sydney's Town Hall.
2017
Mason graduated from the Sydney Dance Company Pre-Professional Year Program with a Diploma in Dance Performance, performing works by Israel Aloni and Lee Brummer, Lucas Jervies and Rafael Bonachela in the graduate performance season PPY17 Revealed at Carriageworks.

He premiered his first work Epoch at the Jetty Theatre in Coffs Harbour.

2016
Mason composed an original score for Guangdong Modern Dance Company.
